Biography
Dr. Gonzalez received his PhD in Electrical Engineering at the University of Central Florida working on the development of antenna-coupled microbolometers for Infrared detection. He was previously a Full Professor at the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi and a Scientist at Truventic, currently he is an Optical Engineering Staff member at Lockheed Martin MFC.
Research
His areas of expertise are optics and electronics, areas in which he has contributed with over 130 journal publications and has 7 patents granted or pending in the US, Mexico and Spain, current research topics:
- Antenna-coupled thermoelectric detectors
- Multiphysics Simulation (COMSOL)
- Seebeck Nanoantennas
- Medical Thermography
