What is the Sociology Exit Exam?

All Sociology majors must take a multiple-choice exam during their last semester at UCF in order to graduate. You will be contacted through your student email when it is time to take the exam. The exam is online through webcourses and must be completed by the assigned deadline. We use this exam as part of our annual assessment of the Sociology program; however, failure to complete the exam will put a hold on your graduation.

Do I need to make sure that my contact information is updated with UCF?

YES! This is the primary source of information that we use to contact you regarding program requirements, course changes, etc. Please make sure that the email, mail, and phone addresses that UCF has for you are current. Check your student email regularly, as this is how you will be notified of happenings and changes in the department. We wouldn’t want you to miss out on any important information about our program.
