Outreach Members

GET INVOLVED

If you are a physics undergraduate or graduate student interested in sharing your passion for science, we encourage you to get involved in our outreach activities. Volunteering is a great opportunity to develop communication and teaching skills, connect with the community, and inspire the next generation of scientists. Whether you enjoy leading demonstrations, visiting schools, or helping organize events, there are many ways to contribute. Reach out to us to learn how you can participate!

TEACHERS AND SCHOOL REPRESENTATIVES

We welcome partnerships with teachers, outreach coordinators, and STEM program leaders across Central Florida who are interested in bringing engaging physics experiences to their students. Whether you would like to schedule a classroom visit, organize a hands-on demonstration, or plan a larger outreach event, our team is happy to collaborate and tailor activities to your needs.

When reaching out, please include a brief description of the type of activity you are interested in, the expected number of participants, and the grade level of the audience (elementary, middle, or high school). This information helps us design an experience that is both appropriate and impactful.

Please note that we organize approximately 10 outreach events per year, and while we strive to accommodate as many requests as possible, we may not be able to fulfill all of them. All requests will be carefully considered, and we will do our best to work with you whenever possible. We look forward to connecting with you and supporting science engagement in your school.
