I wanted to give everyone a copy of our updated Phonebook Update System guide. This one will officially replace the HRL-Memo file that we have handed out in the past. I believe you will find this guide to contain more information that will assist better with putting in update requests. There is also an FAQ section at the end that I HIGHLY recommend everyone check out, as it explains some previously unexplained items such as the sort number field and the alpha check box.

This file will also be added to the update page in the black bar across the top labeled “Liaison Instructions”. As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
